HomeThis is an example of how we at King Architect approach an addition/renovation. Based on discussions with the homeowners we hand draw a "concept" design over the existing structure which helps the homeowner to better view their ideas. After further discussions and in-put from the homeowner we then can electronically draw in CAD a more specific concept drawing. This allows us to better communicate the homeowner's ideas and wishes. A rendering like this helps the homeowner to understand and removes some of the mystery in the design process, allowing the homeowner to be more comfortable with the process.Return to Additions |
